Take the elevator down to the ground level and it’s only a short walk before you feel the sand beneath your feet. One Ocean Place offers a resort like feel with a north and south tower, each having their own elevators, outdoor oceanside pools, sundecks, and outdoor hot tubs. Parking is secured with security gates. Covered parking has clearance ranging from 6’ to 7’3”. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. 'We loved the location. The condo was perfect for us. Loved the views from the balcony. Very clean and modern. This is the first time we have stayed at this end of Myrtle Beach. Great family atmosphere. Only complaint was the nightly fireworks that kept us up sometimes well past midnight. '
