A cozy loft serves as a 5th bedroom, complete with a queen-size sofabed. Sleeping arrangements include 2 kings, 2 singles, 2 sets of bunk beds, and the queen sofabed. Plenty of space for your family.

For hours of entertainment, enjoy a private pool (10 x 20), spa (7 x 7), high speed wireless internet, and four Samsung Smart TVs (55" wall-mounted in main rooms, 40" in bunk room). Pool and spa (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F). Take the walkway to the beach for a day of surf & sand. Return to 2 enclosed outdoor showers. One is just a "rinse shower" and the other is a full private shower. Please, no smoking or pets allowed. No motorcycles or trailers are permitted.
