Groove to live music during your Garden City Beach/Surfside Beach vacation! About a 45 minute drive from Garden City Beach, North Myrtle Beach holds their annual Music on Main summer concert series with live music, shopping, and dancing!

• Admission is free and the event is open to all ages.
