Should you cancel a confirmed reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit unless the property is able to be re-rented. All other prepaid monies will be refunded.
Should you cancel a confirmed reservation fewer than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit all monies paid unless the property is able to be re-rented.
Reservations are not transferable to another property, as your deposit is held in trust specifically for the owner of the property in which you made your reservation. Should you elect to transfer to another property, you will forfeit your deposit unless the initial property is able to be re-rented.
If paid, the Generali Trip Insurance premium is not refundable.
