Of course, each bedroom has its own private bath, as well as a television and DVD player. The lovely living area features a large screen television and doors that open onto the porch. A beautiful and spacious pool area, as well as plenty of parking make it a comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is updated and has plenty of seating for all. Better yet, you can even bring your fur baby, as the house is dog friendly. (Please see our pet regulations first, as a pet fee is required if you're bringing your dog.) Located in friendly Surfside Beach, your family will want to come back every year to Palmetto Breeze!

Overall, great house and great location. However, as previous reviews have suggested the living room furniture needs replaced. The couch is unusable-updating furniture is not a major expense and needs to happen

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. There is plenty of room, each bedroom has its own bath, and there is also a convenient half bath downstairs. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch to drink our coffee each morning. As others mentioned, the pool is small, but we liked the option of having a pool. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working the last couple of days we were there. Dunes did send a technician out, but the issue was not resolved so the last night and packing up the last morning were very hot and uncomfortable. The only two things that may keep us from coming back are: (1) The living room furniture is uncomfortable and is in desperate need of a refresh. You literally sink to the floor when you sit on either side of the couch, and (2) There is little to no privacy in the backyard pool area as there are several other homes with pools bordering the property. These are not significant detractors, so overall I do recommend this home!

'This is our familys 2nd time using dunes rental and this house was great. My Family and I loved that it had bathroom in each room. The cozy living and dining area where we could spend time together and not feel crowded and the walk to beach wasn't to far. we enjoy the balcony as well. The pool is small but we still enjoy it as well. '

'Beautiful home. Well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Plenty of space in the living and kitchen area. Also has a 1/2 bath. Pool is a little small but was fine for us. I would rent this home again. Just a short walk to the beach. Great place.'
