Reviewed on 2020-07-22 by Jessica Papajcik , Medina, OH USOur party had two families (family of 5 and family of 4) stay in this home the first week of June. We were very happy with the property and easy check-in. The area is quaint and quiet. There are ocean views from the large front porch that is full of rocking chairs. We drank our coffee there every morning and sat out there every night. We were extremely happy with how well the house was equipped - plenty of utensils, plates, cups, children's utensils, pots, pans, TWO refrigerators (which is SO HELPFUL). There was plenty of space for all of us. The air conditioner kept the house nice and cool. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The backyard patio and pool area was amazing. The pool is *HUGE* and has built in seating. I mean complete paradise! The outdoor bathroom was a big bonus along with the mini fridge. We would prefer an outdoor gas/propane grill over a charcoal grill and suggest they move to that if at all possible. The taste of charcoal is not the best and with the wind of the coast, it took a longer time to cook food. It would be very helpful if Dunes Realty would take the time to list out some of the additional amenities. For example, they had a popcorn machine, two slow cookers, food storage containers, sharp kitchen knives set for veggie/fruit cutting, a cabinet filled with spices and coffee filters, pool toys, boogies boards, etc. It was great to find all that, but it would have been even better if we knew ahead of time to help with packing and preparation. We ended up packing so much stuff we didn't need because we didn't know it was there. The beach on this end of the isle is not busy at all. Note, the public access to the beach was a condo complex and 5-6 houses to the south, about a 8 minute walk.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The fox was such a special treat, too! GO BUCKEYES!
