Overall, great house and great location. However, as previous reviews have suggested the living room furniture needs replaced. The couch is unusable-updating furniture is not a major expense and needs to happen

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. There is plenty of room, each bedroom has its own bath, and there is also a convenient half bath downstairs. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch to drink our coffee each morning. As others mentioned, the pool is small, but we liked the option of having a pool. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working the last couple of days we were there. Dunes did send a technician out, but the issue was not resolved so the last night and packing up the last morning were very hot and uncomfortable. The only two things that may keep us from coming back are: (1) The living room furniture is uncomfortable and is in desperate need of a refresh. You literally sink to the floor when you sit on either side of the couch, and (2) There is little to no privacy in the backyard pool area as there are several other homes with pools bordering the property. These are not significant detractors, so overall I do recommend this home!

'This is our familys 2nd time using dunes rental and this house was great. My Family and I loved that it had bathroom in each room. The cozy living and dining area where we could spend time together and not feel crowded and the walk to beach wasn't to far. we enjoy the balcony as well. The pool is small but we still enjoy it as well. '
