Just returned home 2 days ago and ready to go back! This house is spacious and is the perfect layout. Large living area with plenty of seating and open to kitchen and dining room. King room and bathroom downstairs was large with plenty of room. Upstairs bedrooms and baths were good size as well. Porch off of dining room is big enough for 4 adults to sit comfortably and people watch. Walk to the beach is just 1 block to the beach access. Maybe 2 minutes. Pool was our favorite late afternoon and after dinner activity. 1st impression is that it is small but it is perfect for swimming laps, splash contest or somewhere to just relax and cool off. Very private and plenty of chairs. The only thing I would change would be a higher toilet in the downstairs bathrooms. I am 3 month post hip replacement and my husband was 1 week pre knee replacement. For anyone with these sorts of disabilities or others, a higher toilet would have been appreciated. I used the half bath most often because the toilet was easier to get up off of. But it wasn't a deal breaker and we will be booking for 2025.
