We were blown away by this place. Everyone had their own private space and there was seating for everyone in the main living area, porches, pool, kitchen areas. If you are looking for tranquility with a group of people, you have found it here! We had five (5) children ages 10-14 that never frowned the entire week here. I cannot say enough about our host. Just what an amazing man he is. Quick responses, extremely accommodating, just wonderful! The house was beautiful, the view was incredible, the pool/hot tub inviting. The fire-pit for smores was a real treat for the kids. The highlight of my stay was the picturesque ocean view. Waking up to the sound of waves splashing to shore was rejuvenating. I can never say enough about this place. We will definitely be coming back to this home! Thank you so much John!!!

This was by far the most beautiful place Ive ever stayed, the host was so nice and very helpful and attentive on everything i needed the house was so much nicer than the pictures, i would 100% stay again!

This house was perfect for our group of 9 golfers. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out and visit. The porches were perfect for relaxing with an adult beverage and watching the waves. Plenty of seating inside and out for all. John was a great host and quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location in a secure neighborhood and as close to the water as physically possible without being a boat. :) I look forward to returning in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. Just finished our perfect beach vacation! The house is spectacular, just right for our 14 guests of all ages. There was no detail that owner, John, didn’t think of. Plenty of space to be together as a family and plenty of areas to get away from it all. Thanks, John, for being a wonderful host. Highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our time at Ceasars Palace! The house was spacious and comfortable for all of our families. It was great for everyone with and without kids. The pool area was awesome, especially the shallow area for the kids. It allowed for peace of mind when we were all hanging out at the pool. The beach access was awesome and we loved that it wasn't an overcrowded area. The owner, John, was awesome to work with and was always there to answer our questions before our stay. We are already talking about coming back again!

Caesar's Palace is the perfect house for a large group...beautiful, clean, spacious, huge kitchen, laundry room, 2 refrigerators. Located in a lovely gated community, it offers a gorgeous private beachfront just steps from the house. It boasts a new pool with hot tub/spa, a wonderful new bar/grill and plenty of outdoor seating.The beach offers amazing walking, or just sitting and relaxing, opportunity. Sunsets, sunrises thrill through the huge windows that seem to bring the beach right inside to the huge gathering space. There was plenty of room for our group of 17 lifelong friends and we loved it so much that we are already booked for next year.John is the most incredible host, making sure that every need is met and everyone has a perfect vacation.

This was the PERFECT spot for our family to gather. There was plenty of space for our 4 adult children and their families. (including 8 grandchildren 5 and under). The house was perfect in every way and the beach was amazing. It is almost a private stretch of beach that the children could roam and run and swim. The pool area was a huge hit and was used every day for hours.John was an amazing host, always quick to respond to any questions and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this spot! Would love to return and repeat!

This house was even more beautiful and amazing than the pictures show! The beach was beautiful and kept our kids entertained searching for shells and shark teeth in the sand. The brand new pool and hot tub area was also unbelievable! We loved the location and the privacy we had there, also loved all of the room we had with our group of 21 in the house, even having bedrooms and bathrooms to spare! The homeowner was so great to work with and so responsive to any questions we had along the way. We hope to return again someday!

Just completed our second stay at Caesars Palace. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Certainly plenty of room for family vacations. Views of the beach and ocean from several decks are perfect.The heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill / beverage area are recently reconstructed. Plenty of outdoor furniturewherever you are. The location is a nice gated and quiet community.Best feature is John, the owner. We've always found him to be attentive and responsive to any of our questions or concerns.
