Relax and unwind on the sandy beach area of main channel on the inlet in Garden City Beach with just a short walk to the beach (approximately .3 mile). A screen porch and pier/floating dock will provide hours of outdoor entertainment for all. There's an outside shower for convenience. WIFI. Approximate square footage 2300. Do not drive or park on grass. No smoking allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Local owner checks home between each guest, has family with allergies and uses home extensively in the off season. Please be respectful of this request.
