Clean, well appointed house with all the amenities you need. This is the third time we stayed at Pond Beach House, but the first review I have left. Each time we stayed the owners had made more improvements to the property. Great kitchen with huge pantry, privacy with split bedrooms, and no staggering showers with tankless hot water. Your family can all get read to go out at the same time without running out of hot water. Relax in the breeze on the back porch swing, watching wildlife, kayakers, etc. on the canal. Great house, great value, awesome location, quiet street. We’ll definitely be back. Look no farther.

We stayed in this house for three weeks this summer. The pool and the view are spectacular! House was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach. Well equipped house. Only downside is small bathrooms.

What a wonderful beach house! We enjoyed the pool, dock and the short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to be happy and relaxed! We did not mind rainy days, as the house was comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

We booked this house last minute for a quick vacation before school started back. Pond Beach House is located on a quiet street with very little traffic. When we arrived the house was very clean. It’s a short walk to the beach access but we were able to park close if we chose not to walk. This rental has an extremely well appointed kitchen with just about any appliance or utensil you can imagine. It does lack adequate outlets in my opinion. All upstairs bedrooms had TVs and a new larger tv has been installed in the living space. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service from Dunes Reality either. This property is a fantastic value for the dollar.
