Properties advertised with heated pools offer this service from March 1 - June 1 and from September 1 - November 1. The cost is included in your rent in most cases, but some homeowners do require an extra fee. Please note: the electric heat pumps used to provide pool heat are unable to reach 85°F when the air temperature is below 55°F. No refunds can be given if the air temperature does not reach this level.
