Overall we really liked The Legal Pad. It had lots of tables and chairs outside for big family gathering and a beautiful view of the inlet and right across from public beach acess. There are though a few things that need to be improved. 1- There needs to be some empty cabinets for food storage. Every cabinet was packed full of dishes and all our food had to be left out on the counter space. 2- The pull in to the driveway was too narrow with a pole and shrubbery on each side. It made it next to impossible to pull in and out with our boat. 3- It seems it would be better to have the king bed in the bedroom with the double vanity bathroom. Thanks
