'Nice house for the money. Very comfortable for a family vacation. Kitchen well furnished but did miss having a pantry or somewhere to store food. Washer/dryer was a little iffy sometimes but house is a good value. Great location and easy walking to the pier.'

Overall

'I have been coming to Garden City and stayed at this house for a couple of years now. The house works for our family. We are not about the fancy houses and really want to be outside on the beach the whole time. That said, the house as always is a bit dated but it gets the job done, I do agree with another person that the house could use a pantry but we make due. We will be booking again for next year, cant wait.'

'Perfect location, older, very basic but comfortable accommodations. Private path to the beach, private parking, small deck, GREAT view, very clean. The decor is a bit dark & dated (but clean & comfortable) but who cares when you have that beautiful view right outside of your windows? <br />

The only negative is that there needs to be more signage or something indicating that the private beach path is NOT public access so the people from across the street do not walk through the property to get to the beach, that gets a little annoying when you're trying to relax and have groups of people dragging all of their stuff through your carport. Otherwise, we love it, this was our second time renting this home (the first time we stayed two weeks) and will be back!'
