Private 12 x 26 pool, depth 3 1/2 to 5 1/2. Pool is heated 3/1-5/1 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F.. 2 Covered porches. Screen porch. Enclosed outside shower. Built in 2012. Approximately 2800 square feet. 1/2 block to beach. Internet access is wireless. Charcoal grill. No smoking or pets allowed.

'This was a great family vacation for my family of 13. Plenty of room. Could have been a bit cleaner but at least owner has sweeper and mops. Bring your own sniffer pads and dishwasher tabs. We like gas BBQ so we had $100 in renting one of those. Some places we've stayed have beach chairs/toys but this one had NONE -nothing. If you want it - bring it!! Really close to beach. Great pool. Nice rental property. Need painted inside and cleaned up but all in all a great place'

'Beautiful home, all amenities supplied. Every kitchen gadget furnished, very well thought out. If I had one negative it would be that the refrigerator is a side by side which is quite small for a family of up to 10 people. Have already booked for next year. House made our family reunion even more memorable. :-)'

'Amazing !! My family and I stayed at the house the last week of July and it was perfect . The house is only steps from the beach and the pool has benches built in . The large yard was also a plus , it really gave us room to play. The elevator was great for packing and unpacking , doing laundry or bringing in groceries. After a week at Disney this house was a perfect place to relax. We hope to come back in the future.'
