Ocean front in north Garden City Beach, South Carolina ~ Portofino IV. A private home community of 12 houses with an ocean front pool, landscaped grounds and some of the best views on the east coast. Pool is open Easter/April 1st to October 1st. 2004 North Waccamaw Drive has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and accommodates 16 with 3 king beds, 3 queens, 1 single and 2 reclining leather couches. A charcoal grill, WIFI, 8 foot picnic table will add to the enjoyment of this vacation home. No pets are allowed. Smoking is limited to the deck area outside.

We had a wonderful week staying in this beautiful. It was exactly as presented in the photos. We had lots of room and everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved waking up to beautiful sunrises and taking walks along the beach. Rich was so thoughtful to check on us and provided any info we needed. I would like to return to this home with my family at another time.

We love this beach house and enjoy the company of family and friends during our six week stay. New furniture and bedding. Kitchen is ready to cook meals large and small. The greatest ocean view, waves, sunrise, dolphins! Great fun for young and well you know… older!

Fabulous time here for the fifth year in this lovely oceanfront beach house. Relax watching the waves while waking up and dining. All the comforts of home except an exceptional view!Great owners and great location.
