Great Location. Only 50 yards away from the beach.. Pool was nice, Bluetooth speakers were a surprise by the pool. Realistically this place is not new, it was a house moved in sections from inland. The fridge malfunctioned on us and we lost some food but they did fix it. The owner decided to have workers come and do work in the middle of the week which was disturbing, but they left once we made a call. The rooms were nice in size and accommodating for all 3 families. The spiral staircase to go upstairs maybe hard for older folks that may want to rent this house out. Overall, I would stay here again.
