No smoking. 5 singles are 1 set of bunks, the top of a king bunk, the top of a queen bunk and a trundle. 1 queen is the bottom of a captains bunk. 1 king is the bottom of a custom bunk. 1 single is in bonus loft area upstairs (see photos). 5 Smart TVs. 'The house exceeded out expectation! The kitchen was thoughfuly equipped with everything needed. The soda fountain, pool and spa put the house over the top. The ocean front view makes this a great place to stay! '
