While there is no pool at Sea Banks, you do have year-round access to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beaches of Garden City, just steps away from the complex. Take a short walk down the beach and enjoy live music on the pier during the summer, play in the arcade, go fishing, or grab a bite at the pier’s cafe. Sea Banks offers affordability and central location for fun at the beach. One parking permit is issued per condo unit. Motorcycles are allowed.
