Approximately 1,975 square feet. House nickname is "Jolle Time". No motorcycles or trailers. No smoking or pets allowed.

I can't say enough about the Portobello III units as we have been renting them for a few years. We have rented unit 16 before but never had the need to use the upstairs back queen bedroom. This time we were in need of using this bedroom as the size of our party had increased. I was very upset to see that the closet to this bedroom was locked and there was no other place in the room to hang clothes. It would be quite respectful of the owners to at least provide a free standing rack for hanging clothes in this bedroom. All other bedrooms had a closet. We have never run into this in other units that I am aware of .

'This is a very nice property. The location is great--easy access to the pier and the surrounding restaurants. This was our first stay here and we were concerned there would be too much noise, but were surprised at how quiet it was. It was clean and spacious. The only negative was that the living room sofas were pretty worn and could be replaced.'

'We stayed in this beautiful home last year. We had 6 adults and 4 children - ages 2-16. There was plenty of room to spread out so everyone had space. This house was very tastefully decorated and we felt right at home. We were a bit concerned about the noise, but found it to be very peaceful inside and outside was pleasant. The pool was right next to us- FUN. We had a bird's eye view of the pool area, from the side window. Everything was clean and well cared for. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect house. I can't emphasize enough how conveniently located we were. We rented a golf cart but realized that we didn't really need it - other than Joy riding and it was a bit too hot in August. We will definitely stay here again in 2019.'
