Private pool (15'x20' in length/width and 3-5' deep) is heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. Enclosed outside shower. Built in 2008. Approximate square footage 3250. Sitting room with TV/DVD off of third floor master bedroom. WIFI. Charcoal grill. No smoking or pets allowed.

'Piece of Serenity sure lived up to its name. This property was perfect for a party of 9 women having a high school reunion. The elevator was a big plus. Having a bed for each guest was important. The kitchen was well equipped and eating room at the large table for all. This property is well maintained and couldn't be closer to the beach. We loved it so much, we are coming back again next year!'
