Enjoy watching the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the convenience of your private balcony. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool from Easter/April 1 to October 1. Take a short walk to the beach and look for souvenir seashells or relax and listen to the crashing waves. Palmetto Dunes is conveniently located to nearby restaurants, public parks, and Surfside’s water park, Wild Water & Wheels. Pack your bags and bring the entire family to have some fun! There is no elevator at Palmetto Dunes. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
