The large open kitchen sports two sinks, two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a one free-standing ice maker, and is perfect for all the cooks in the group. There are also two wet bars (one on each floor,) and don’t forget the pool table for family fun! Both living areas have large screen TV’s, and each bedroom has a flat screen. In the pool area there is also a large hot tub and Gas grill. There are covered porches on front and rear of house. 2 outside showers. 3 picnic tables. 2 living areas, 2 wet bars and a Pool table. 2 large flat screen tvs in living areas, and smaller flatscreen tvs in each bedroom. House has 2 oceanfront master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs. 2 washers and dryers. Gourmet kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and a free-standing icemaker. Internet access is wireless. Approx. square footage 5000. Built in 2010.

Beautiful house! High end appliances in a kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you need. Decorated beautifully. The pool area is spacious with plenty of seating. We had 23 people and there was more than enough space. Close to shops and restaurants. Do not pass this one up!

This home was perfect for our Christmas family reunion! Every room is spacious with plenty of storage, tons of light, and comfortable, tastefully decorated furnishings. The back porch rocking chairs awaited us each morning for spectacular sunrises and afternoon coffee and drinks. The main floor designer kitchen is "to die for" with two ovens, dishwashers, sinks, and roll-out double-bin trash cabinets. We did a lot of cooking and baking, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We cannot imagine a more nicely situated house for a family gathering and certainly hope we can arrange our schedules to come back!

'We stayed in Frankies Fancy for a week in July, 2014. The house was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Even though the house was filled to capacity, we never felt cramped or crowded. The private pool and hot tub are excellent features, especially when you have little kids. I was worried that for the amount of money we paid, we would feel that we didn't get our money's worth, as it is pricey. But we enjoyed it so much we booked in advance for next year prior to ending our vacation. Well worth the money. '

'Could not of asked for a better place to stay it is incredibly well-kept has an awesome pool and Jacuzzi area and the beach That far down is very peaceful and not as many people what a wonderful vacation'
