'Great location and home, however, Needs some tlc. Carpets need replacing or at least cleaning. Refrigerator missing selves, stove cooks very slow and dish washer is extremely noisy. For the price of this home, these things should be in better condition.'

'This house was awesome and perfect for our family. Because we were coming early May, and had little people that wanted to swim, we needed a place with a heated pool, and because we have guys that love to fish, we wanted a place on the marsh. This house had it all. It was perfect, close to the beach, the guys caught fish which we fixed and ate, and the little ones were in the pool everyday. I was initially concerned the pool water would not be warm enough, but it was and was very enjoyable. The fishing dock was equipped with running water, sink and area for cutting bait and fileting fish. It really could not have been more perfect. The house was very comfortable, really too big for our family but loved all the amenities. It had everything we needed. Perfect week!!! '
