Easy beach access on both sides of house. Great ocean views! Gas and charcoal grills. Private pool, 20 X 13, (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F).

'This home is perfect. The pool was small but perfect for laying around in and cooling off. This house is on a very quiet and small street right across from the beach. This was the best rental home we have ever stayed in due to the location, pool, and inside and outside. Thank you'
