Your Garden City Beach vacation destination awaits you! The Beach House condominium complex is located on the ocean just a half mile north of the pier. A short walk to the arcade and amusements, ice cream, snacks and sundries. #207 accommodates 6 with 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Second floor, direct ocean front. WIFI and cable TV. Great pool and deck area with furniture. No smoking or pets allowed.

Beach House is located 0.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with not only direct ocean front views, but units with side ocean views and pool views. Enjoy an oceanside outdoor pool that is open from Easter – October 1. Soak up the sun on the complex’s sundeck or step right down to the sandy beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. Unit amenities vary and for your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry facility on site. There is no elevator at Beach House. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, boats, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

'We just finished a wonderful week at Beach House 207. The unit was in very good condition. The appliances and furnishing were very nice. The beach view is breath taking and access to the beach and parking area is simple and short. The Garden City area had all that we required. Shopping and restaurants are simply right there. '

'Absolutely best vacation ever. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated.. Perfect size for three of four folks. Easy walk to the pier and Sams. And of course that beautiful view overlooking the ocean. The Weather ? Mid 80s in the middle of October. Perfect weather. Even had a bald eagle come and entertain us for a bit. That’s was a thrill. Also a huge pod of dolphins right in front of the condo one day. We’ve been using Dunes Realty for several years now and as usually we were 110% happy. I can recommend this company and this condo complex very very highly. Just a perfect week.'

'Just got back from our stay. LOVE Beach house. Great, quiet location. Kids walked to pier for ice cream and arcades. This unit had nice, beachy decor and was very comfortable. Only down side is no elevator. Tough when checking in and leaving and also for elderly when the heat is added to the stairs. This is my 2nd stay at Beach House and we hope to return.'
