Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This three-story complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy swimming in the outdoor oceanfront pool, which is open Easter/April 1 to October 1. The beach is steps away from the pool area, so pack your beach gear and have some fun in the sun, sand, and surf! For your convenience, there is an elevator at Sea Oaks. Dine in and barbeque at the outdoor grill area or go for a short drive to dine out at one of several local restaurants. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'Loved the condo - highly recommend - 1 problem - - people staying in condo above us had a child that run constantly and stomped on the floor every nite until 1:30 and 2:00 AM - apparently they had no respect for anyone - started to report but in todays world who knows what they might have done to us or our car - -so we just left a day early - in all fairness I feel we should be refunded for the one day - - thank you so much!'
