Royal Garden Resort is located 0.7 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story oceanfront complex offers convenient amenities including three elevators, coin-operated laundry onsite, complimentary Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, and a parking garage. Relax in one of the lounging chairs on the expansive sundeck or go for a swim in one of the resort pools, which are open year-round. Royal Garden Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and even kiddie pools! If you want to feel the sand beneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Pack your bags and come on down and stay where there’s something for the whole family to enjoy! Two parking permits are issued per unit. Garage clearance is 6ft, 8in. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

'The view from the condo is spectacular, and walking on the beach is a real treat. Each room is outfitted with everything you need for a nice vacation, and the kitchen is fully equipped. We stayed two months so a couple of things came up, but the home owner was very responsive and Dunes personnel were very professional and helpful. It was a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this unit and owner to others.'

'We will definitely stay here again! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the condo. You never know if you can really trust the pictures online. What you see is what you get with this place. <br />
<br />
The kitchen in the condo was equipped with everything you could need. There was even a drying rack on the balcony for wet towels and bathing suits. Having laundry in the unit was a huge plus! The new furniture in the living room was so comfortable. Dunes Realty office is less than a mile from the condo! Beautiful view. The condo is also less than a mile from the Garden City pier. <br />
<br />
Just a couple of issues: <br />
-The condo does not have 2 flat screen TVs. Only the living room has one, but that's not a deal breaker for us. The TV in the bedroom works fine. <br />
-There was a lot of noise coming from a renovation or something two floors above us. It woke us up one morning. I would think they'd wait to do renovations during the off months. There was no point in contacting Dunes Realty about it so I called the realty company that is actually housed in the building. They were not very helpful at all. <br />

Our stay here was wonderful. It felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back to stay in 703!'

'This was our first visit to Royal Garden Resort our room was outstanding we had everything we needed The view was great and the Dunes Realty employees were very professional we plan to return next year and hope to get Unit 703 again.'
