This 2 bedroom, 2 bath property accommodates 6 with 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy the ocean side pool (open Easter to mid October), hot water spa (closed Nov 1 - Mar 1) and building wide WIFI. The building is only 0.3 mile north of the Garden City Pier. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

New for 2024 - All stainless steel appliances! 

Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place’s complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'We had a great week August 3 - 10 at Maritime Place. We were in Unit A4 and it was really nice. It's decorated nicely, has 3 flat screen TVs, plenty of pans, dishes and other kitchen needs. We spent a lot of evenings sitting on the deck because the weather was beautiful. We stayed in this Unit several times between 1985 and 2000 and it's still as nice and comfortable as it ever was. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!'
