Upstairs is a bedroom with a queen and a single; downstairs are 2 king bedrooms. The master bath has a heated floor for your comfort. Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed.

Gulf Steam Villas is located 2.3 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. These oceanfront townhouses offer multiple balconies for relaxation and ocean views. Swim in the outdoor pool from Easter/April 1 to October 1. Take a short walk down to the beach and enjoy the serene atmosphere of Garden City. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

' Enjoyed the condo and location so much. Only suggestion I would make is it would be nice to be able to lock the condo and walk to beach from the beach side. Only key provided was to street side door. Not a big deal we loved our stay! 4 stars'
