Delight the senses from unit 2G's second floor oceanfront balcony viewing sunrises, listening to waves and smelling the salty air! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. This three-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoor pool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

'We had such an amazing stay here! Our original reservation was in another unit, and due to a few surprises, Dunes Realty immediately transferred us to this unit and we couldn’t have been more pleased! It is super clean, with a gorgeous view of the ocean, and lots of little extras in the unit to make the stay so much easier. Books to read, utensils and plenty of kitchenware, and a general homey feel. The building itself is clearly a little older, and there is only one (very hot) elevator, which is on the other end of the building. There is easy access to everywhere via the stairs, and good outdoor shower area, nice pool. Beach is absolutely perfect here. We will be back as soon as we can. Thanks for the great memories!'
