Cape Coddages I is located 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This unique oceanfront complex offers varying types of units ranging from two-bedroom flats to three-bedroom townhomes. Fix your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the oceanside outdoor pool from Easter – October 1. There is no elevator at Cape Coddages I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit with one being an assigned parking space. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

We spent 3 months at Cape Coddages 1 101. We really enjoyed the location, ocean front, washer and dryer in the unit and short walk to many great restaurants at surfside beach pier. We will definitely be back in 2023.
