Atalaya Towers is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story complex offers a resort feel with a security locked lobby entrance, elevators, complimentary wireless internet, and vending machines. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the expansive sundeck. If you want to feel the sand underneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Memorial Day to Labor Day enjoy swimming in the street side outdoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Atalaya Towers offers an indoor pool, which is heated from mid-October to mid-April. There is also an indoor hot tub, so come on down and relax. Two parking permits are issued per unit (one pass is for onsite parking, the second pass is for parking located across the street). Motorcycles and trailers are allowed, however, they must be parked in the lot across the street. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.

Wonderful unit for our family. Well-appointed and decorated. We liked having the washer and dryer out of the kitchen! The kitchen is well designed and has everything you could need, even a kitchen-aid mixer. The balcony furniture is great for dining. We look forward to booking this unit again soon.

My family and I loved our stay at this condo! It was very clean and had everything you could need in it. Loved the kitchen and the master bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen island was perfect for the big nacho bar we made one night. We reserved it again for the same week next year! Also loved all the seating that was on the balcony. We strung some lights on the balcony railing and it made it so nice sitting out there in the evenings. The only complaint is the ones that slept in the twin beds said the mattresses' were very noisy when you barely moved. Other than that, it was perfect!

Thank you for the comments and we're happy you love this condo! As of April 2023, there are new memory foam mattresses on the twin beds.
