'This is a beautiful house and we love it. However, it has no screens on the windows. We were told that is because summer renters like to open all the windows and turn up the AC. We are winter renters and there are some winter days when the weather is warm but not warm enough to turn on the AC. We love to open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. Please don't force us to turn on the AC in the winter.'
