Jim Allison - Realtor Associate
Clients of Jim Allison refer to him as “honest, straight-forward, knowledgeable, available, experienced, committed to integrity, extremely hard-working, and constantly in communication.” They also say that Jim “is a pleasure to work with, has a professional and tireless work ethic, goes above and beyond the call of duty,” and they “would recommend him with the highest marks.” These are all qualities you want in your realtor.
Today, as Senior Sales Agent at Dunes Realty, Jim is a highly-valued team member whose no-nonsense, “get things done” approach continues to expand his list of happy clients. “There’s more to it than selling a house,” Jim says, when asked about his secret to success at Dunes. “To excel, you need to have in-depth knowledge of the market, zoning and financial trends so you can advise your clients accordingly. And of course, you need to know the area.” Jim does know the area inside and out, having relocated here from Western Pennsylvania in 1992.
Jim has created a large and diverse network of clients. The network has afforded him the opportunity to become proficient in many different aspects of real estate, from commercial to residential to investment. With over 15 years at Dunes Realty, Jim has honed his skill, amassed an impressive and confidential client list and developed valuable relationships within the fields of banking, trades, law firms, local government and other valuable resources. In addition, Jim has continued to add to his long list of marketing tools. The accumulated total: happy clients and a successful business.
As they say, behind every good man is a good woman, and Jim is no exception. Having just celebrated their wedding anniversary, Jim is thankful for his beautiful wife, Larissa, and two wonderful children, Sydney and Nash. The Allison family is a tightly-knit bunch who loves all the beauty the Low Country offers. From fishing to boating to paddle boarding, the Allisons are often out enjoying the blessings of life at the beach.
