Air conditioned/chilled pool, dog friendly and your beds are made! Towels included as well. Just walk right in and start your vacation. Huge lot so there's parking galore!

6 Bedrooms: 3 up; 3 down. 4 Baths: 2 up; 2 down. Beds: Up: 3 kings; Down: 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 set of bunks, 1 sofabed.

5 ocean front bedrooms with king beds and 1 street side with a queen and set of bunks. 2 HDTVs in living room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Skylights and vaulted ceiling. WIFI. First floor master bedroom is ocean front with king size bed, private bath and access to screen porch. All upstairs bedrooms are ocean front. Large screen porch with rockers and sundeck, also ocean front! Covered porch located on the street side and overlooks the pool. Walkway to beach. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Charcoal and propane grills. Climate controlled pool (heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F and air-conditioned/cooled during hot months). Pool is approximately 14 x 32 (irregular shaped) with depth of 3 to 6 feet with saltwater chlorination and located on the street side of the property. Private hot tub covered from the elements, room for 6, over-sized with ambient lighting. Short walk to Gulf Stream Cafe and The Quay Seafood Grille for awesome dining with memorable picturesque sunsets at the Marlin Quay Marina.

My family enjoyed our stay at Conch Out! This house has everything a family on vacation would need. We had our pick of Hot Tub, Heated Pool, which the kids absolutely LOVED, and our almost private beach. We Enjoyed walking the beach every morning and evening. We even saw people on horseback while walking. We spent hours sitting in rocking chairs on the front porch and the back screen in porch starring at the ocean. Gulfstream is a short drive or walk away. Best sunset views. The house has two TVs in the living room which came in handy for our football fans in the family. The kitchen has everything we needed and a brand new charcoal grill. We will be back!!

I’ve been visiting the surfside Garden City area for the last six years every March this visit we had in March of this year was really incredible. We had five chamber of commerce weather like days. It was the first time I’ve ever seen the ocean flat virtually no waves.. Conch out is a wonderful, friendly and warm house. It felt like home.It had every amenity you needed, including a charger for electric vehicle including two TVs to watch the NCAA basketball Tournament games. This is one of the few beach Properties that allows pets. The pet we had with us had been to the beach before, but never been on the beach and she absolutely loved it. It was a treat to watch her run up and down on the beach.We ate at Nancie’s Creekfront restaurant three times and the food was incredible. The oysters were sweet. The fish was delicious. I encouraged you if you’re lucky enough fortune to stay at Conch out go ahead and reserve your space now because you will not be disappointed.Enjoy the beach

Walking in to the house for the 6th time, my husband and I immediately noticed how clean the house was. I always walk through even though we don't use the upstairs, and it was apparent the crew that maintains the interior was on top of their game. When we got in the hot tub, I realized the motor or pump must have been replaced because the hot tub nearly blew us out of the water compared to when we were down with our kids in May. While we only got in the pool once, the pool man was there on Monday like he is when we are down here each year in May. This is my husband and I's sixth time here, and we've been to Conch Out 4 years in a row with our kids. It was nice to notice the upkeep. We did have one issue with an exhaust fan in the bathroom, but with a phone call, it was repaired that afternoon.And now on to why I like to come here - we basically had a private beach right out the private walk way over the dunes since it was November. Thankfully nobody reminded nature that it was fall, because we had gorgeous 70 degree days and only saw clouds in the sky one afternoon. I drag my husband out to walk north and south each day on the beach because I really like to collect shells. I am excited to come back with the kids this year because at the south point, we ran in to a construction crew that had just that day started dredging from off-shore to re-grade the beach. We were just over 1 mile south of Conch Out at the point, and the foreman told us they were doing this from the point nearly all the way up to the garden city pier nearly 3 miles north of the house. He was telling us about all the shells and shark teeth that will get drug up from the bottom when they re do it all the way up.Needless to say we are counting down the days until May!

We have been coming here with our kids every year in May since 2020. This is the second time my wife and I have come back for a week by ourselves in November. Just like last time we opened the door to Conch out, it felt like we were walking in to our second home. But I have to say, walking in for the 6th time the house was more clean and smelled more fresh than it ever has. Sadly that lasted until we opened up all the doors on the beach side of the house so we could hear and smell the ocean. Thankfully we were above 70 degrees every day until the sun went down. Can't wait to come back in May with our kids!

Perfectly nestled along best part of Garden City, ocean front and walking distance to local marsh front eats. Conch out is home to picturesque porch views that overlook the ocean and dunes with plenty of privacy to allow for a nice book while rocking on the screened in porch, or sunbathing on the deck just off the private beach access. While we spent most of our time enjoying the sounds of the ocean waves rolling in, inside was just as inviting as a home away from home. Plenty of space for large family dinners at the oversized dining table and ample seating to hang out and watch a movie or play board games (our favorite). Tons of sleeping arrangements, private pool, hot tub and even smart car charging, but the best part of all was being pet friendly so our pup could join along too! Conch out is everything we needed it to be and more for our extended weekend getaway!

I have done a stay cation at Conch for a number of years now and always enjoy the great ocean view and this year with all the warm weather we have had the pool and hot tub outside. This property has great beach access and views and spacious living areas and amenities. We had a great week this year and hope to be back next Spring for another stay. I would recomment this property to anyone looking for oceanfront along the grand strand. Oh, and by the way now within walking distance of two great restaurants the Gulfstream Marina(try the crab cakes) and the Quay (marsh bites on the fourth floor).

Conch Out gave us everything we could have asked for in beautiful crisp January. The sunrises from the private deck are absolutely breathtaking. Early morning risers have the best advantage, sunrise, shrimp boats coming in, rocking on the porch. I’m pretty sure we saw dolphins or porpoises playing a couple of mornings. At night, It was so peaceful under the stars, whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, or by the beautifully lit pool. (I just love the outdoor lighting) The house is so spacious & beautifully decorated. Conch Out is 100% home away from home the minute you walk in. I grew up very close by, I have fallen in love with Garden City all over again. We will be back!!! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Conch Out was everything we needed for our girls trip. Enough bedrooms for individual privacy and yet the common areas were big enough for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The beach access and sunrises made for beautiful morning walks on the beach. It was cool but still beautiful. The sunsets were just as gorgeous while sitting in the rocking chairs. Spacious kitchen area with everything provided to make yourself completely at home. There is a hot tub that was ready for use as well as the pool. We definitely utilized the hot tub and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend the Conch Out for a girls trip, guys trip, or a family vacation. This spacious home can literally handle it all. We will definitely be back!!!

Conch Out was the perfect location for my birthday week. The house was phenomenal. There is more than enough room for a large family to be together and have their own space. There is every amenity imaginable from two large screen TV’s in the den for the sports enthusiast to a 16 cup coffee maker which is incredibly convenient when you have a large group. The pool is heated and cooled. Who knew you could enjoy a swimming pool in March? The hot tub was equally impressive. Each morning we sat out on the large screened in porch, drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. As much as I loved that, my favorite part of the vacation was walking the beach and looking for seashells. We found 4 starfish this trip (which I’ve never found) and were able to release several back into the ocean. It was like having our own private island as there were very few people on the beach. Conch Out has several lounge chairs on the sundeck for a long afternoon nap and several chairs we took to the beach to relax. Everything about the house was so comfortable. You can tell the owner takes great pride in meeting and exceeding our expectations. I definitely will make plans to be back.

Conch Out is the perfect place for a vacation getaway on a beautiful beachfront property. The property is large enough for a big group but has areas to escape each other. It was clean and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and cozy. This is the first time I have ever seen an 18 cup coffee maker. It was terrific to be able to make only one pot of coffee for our entire group. Although I don't own an EV I was impressed that there was an EV charging station. It was very convenient to be able to park 4 vehicles under the house away from the sun. The beach was clean and full of shells. We even found several Star Fish. And of course, The pool looked amazing and it was not only heated for the winter but had a cooling feature for the hot summer months. I loved the rocking chairs on the massive screened-in front porch where we saw amazing sunrises each morning. If you want an awesome beachfront property for a perfect relaxing visit I strongly encourage you to contact Dunes Realty and book Conch Out. You wlll not be disappointed. I hope you are lucky enough to stay here.

We love Texas but we fell in love with Garden City , SC. We had a great time , the sunrises and sunsets were amazing . I love to cook and the kitchen had anything I needed , making my stay extra. I so enjoyed my reading while there, finding myself a new peacefulness . Thank’s Conch Out for making my vacation a favorite of mine ….

Had a glorious time at Conch Out , we were there in November 2021. The pool and hot tub was so clean and enjoyable , the rocking chairs on the porches is where we had the best time chatting our mornings away….. We were able to open our windows at night and the sound of the waves hypnotized us …a perfect sleep in a wonderful place ! Thank You Conch Out !

Thank you Conch Out for a week of wonderful memories …there is so much to say about this place … loved walking a short distance to The Gulfstream Cafe… a perfect place for leisure or fine dining . As we sat on the front porch at night we could see the lights and hear the sounds of the party across the Marsh-Walk . We had all the peace and yet we had all the party we could possible want a few minutes away in Murrels Inlet….Conch Out you are in a perfect place!

We visited Conch Out the first week of November 2021, we had a wonderful trip… I believe it was my favorite house, that I have stayed in ,while in Garden City. I loved the beach and the sunrises were breath taking. We had so many visitors while there , still cannot believe how many parking spaces Conch Out has .. that has always been an issue before but not here…10 cars and still had room . .. amazing!

Once again we chose Garden City , South Carolina to spend our sisters vacation…however we had never stayed at Conch Out before . We were pleasantly surprised to find a home away from home , it was very clean and homey. There was so much privacy , allowing us relaxing moments . We fell in love with the screened in porch , as we tasted our fresh made coffee , we all sat and rocked ourselves in memories, while viewing the beach . The beach is so clean and much less crowed ! Thank you Conch Out for making this a favorite … we will return!

Conch Out is a beautiful low country beach front home with an inviting porch overlooking the sand dunes and ocean. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves rolling as we sat inside and enjoyed family, friends and good conversation. This home is lovely, unpretentious and inviting!!! The large table is great for family meals. Gulf Stream cafe is in walking distance and the food and atmosphere is great! The hot tub and pool are fun amenities. So inviting and a great place to read, paint and just be….Looking forward to staying again soon…..

What a great time we had! Family in from several parts of South Carolina for a week of fun. Very clean. Enjoyed the cooling system on the pool and access to the ocean and oh yes the hot tub! The children were entertained all week long. A short walk to the Gulf Stream Cafe which is a must for any seafood lover-try the crab cakes best on the beach I am told and they did not disappoint. Plenty of land options for the non seafood lover. We brought our boat and put in at the marina at Marlin Quay and there was plenty of room to park the trailer at the Conch Out. Can't wait for next Summer we are going to rebook in advance.

Beach is fantastic! Kitchen could use some work, dishwasher didn't drain properly, 2 burners out on the stove, and the ice maker made very little ice. The king bed on the 1st floor could use a new mattress. All in all, great trip, would recommend as long as the previously mentioned is corrected!

Wonderful house on the beach...private walkway to the beach from the back porch was great!! We felt like the beach and ocean were all ours. House delivers on everything advertised. Property staff were so friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and our dog loved the beach. Our border collie enjoyed playing fetch and Frisbee on the beach. The beach and area are super pet friendly!

We booked this home at the last minute and are so glad we did! Fantastic location to enjoy the beach. The house is great-plenty of space, and we particularly enjoyed the screened in ocean front porch. The pool and hot tub were both on and worked well, as did the grill. Because we booked the property last minute, there was some confusion with the management company about the house being occupied. We had a small issue with the linens when we got there, but the management company took care of it promptly!

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The pool was a hit with the younger kids and teens. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We even spotted a few fox on the beach/dunes periodically.

Hard to describe the overwhelming feeling to walk in the doors for a second visit and feel like we never left. Everything was so familiar and comfortable that it was even harder to leave this year. But that made the decision for us that we're coming back next season. Between the quiet part of the beach Conch Out is located, to the pool, the hot tub, or the gorgeous view from the back porch, it felt like a slice of heaven. There isn't a more perfect place to watch the sunrise than the private boardwalk to the beach, and if you come at the perfect time of year like we did you can open all 3 sliding glass doors and be overwhelmed with the sounds and smells of the ocean all day long. Our family is already counting down the days until we come back next year!

Came back to Conch Out again this year, and it was as perfect for us now as it was before! A quiet end of Waccamaw that keeps making us come back again and again. The home felt as if we had left it the way we did last year upon departure. This year Bike Week moved to Garden City the week we had planned our vacation. With the location of the home in relation to the connectors and heavier traffic, we couldn't even tell there were crowds of people. We will be back again - a very well maintained property and amenities that really make us feel like we are at our homer away from home. Looking forward to putting our feet in the sand and ocean next year!

We stayed at the Conch Out this time last year and once again, it was an amazing experience! This rental is still the cleanest and best maintained dog-friendly rental I've ever stayed in! My husky was thrilled to see the house again and we both enjoyed sitting out on the screened-in porch in the mornings and evenings. The weather was perfect - not too hot and not too cold-we enjoy the cooler weather and like to visit around this time of year. This will definitely be an annual vacation with our fur baby - such a wonderful rental right on the beach!

What a great Thanksgiving week we had at Conch Out! Sunrise in the hot tub, sun and shells on the beach, watching football on the dual TVs, grilling and so much more! This pet friendly property is what being at the beach is all about. A well equipped kitchen along with comfortable sleeping and bathroom accommodations are on the top of my list and this house has them all. Can’t wait to come again!

I don't normally write reviews but our time at Conch Out was remarkable. The house is huge, beautiful, clean and well maintained but still has a cool "beach vibe." You wake and go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean which happens to be in your backyard! You walk down your private beach access to watch sunrise on the sand and then head back to your rocking chair on the screen porch to drink coffee watching people walk along the beach. You take a dip in your heated private pool or start your day in the hot tub. Its in a little beach community thats very family oriented, you are close to a busy pier with arcades and bars and food but your own "home" is a quiet place to retreat. Its a perfect getaway and a remarkable experience.

This Conch Out was amazing! One of the best vacations we've been on. We have a four-year-old husky and haven't been able to go on too many vacations with him due to restrictions on where he can stay. This house was GREAT!!!! The cleanest dog-friendly vacation rental I've ever seen! Even though I do have animals, I am so particular when it comes to cleaning and being in a clean space. Most dog friendly rentals aren't the cleanest, and even as a dog owner, I don't like to be in them. This place was perfect!!!!! My husky and I enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch in the mornings and evenings. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is nice and comfy, and the kitchen is great! The rental has a beach access, a very nice pool, and a hot tub. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I was so pleased with how nice this vacation was that I felt I needed to. It's very rare that we get a nice vacation with our fur baby and this was such a great experience!!

Perfect house for our annual trip with our kids and grandkids! It had everything on our “wish list “! Directly on the beach with private walkway , huge screened in porch with plenty of rocking chairs, nice size private pool, hot tub under the house, plenty of rooms with king sized comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We even had a treat of watching the red foxes run across the dunes in front of the house almost every morning! So cool! We will definitely be back with our family of 12!

'We happened by chance to get connected with this home. As the first trip that we've been able to take with our ten year old twins to the ocean we could not have stayed at a better property. All of the amenities needed, private pool out front, hot tub below the home, private walkway access to the beach, screened in porch access from the living room and master, and the surrounding community made this a perfect destination for our family trip. Plenty of local shops and restaurants within 15 minute drive or 30-45 min walk, easy access to big box stores to stock up on necessities when you arrive, and the quiet end of the inlet made this nearly perfect. I wish I could post the pictures my wife took from the deck each morning.'

'We have rented this house for approximately eight years and it always accommodates a great crowd with plenty of beds and spacious rooms. Each year more and more amenities are added and the heated pool was a crowd pleaser! The children also thoroughly enjoy the jacuzzi. I would highly recommend it if you are looking for an ocean front property because it has one of the widest beaches on the southeast.'

'Wow! This is the place to stay. A vacation home that can accommodate all ages! Drink your morning coffee on the screened in porch as the sun comes up over the ocean. Then go inside to warm up by the fire place. Lots of room for our entire family and friends to dine in or on the porch. We enjoyed sitting by the pool or on the porch overlooking the pool watching the children swim in the heated pool. On the rainy day we had plenty of room under the house to grill out and serve dinner on the picnic tables, while others enjoyed the jacuzzi. The best place we have ever stayed for a large family reunion!'

'We enjoyed a family staycation at this lovely beach house. The inside of the house is great! Big screen TV, king beds with ocean front views and a fully functional kitchen to prepare some of the fresh seafood we got at the local seafood market. The hot tub was relaxing and the children really enjoyed the pool. Pool on one side, beach on the other, ample parking and get back to basics with some great charcoal grilling!'

'If you enjoy the beach, Conch Out is the place to be. A secluded section of Garden City Beach. Panoramic views of the Sunrise and if you happen to catch a week with a full moon another beautiful site. I spent hours on the screened in back porch watching the ocean which always offers something different every day. The time of year I was there was great for the hot tub and the heated pool was much enjoyed in February which offered some nice warmer days where outdoor activity could be enjoyed. There is plenty of parking at this location including parking under the house to keep my vehicle out of the elements. The staff at Dunes Realty was first class and great to deal with. I would recommend you try this property. It was a great!'

'Our whole family had a great time with kids, grandkids and friends had plenty of room, lots of parking and great location for Spring Break this year. The decks out front was redone and the picnic tables under the house were a nice touch. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space and still be together, can't beat going to South Carolina for Spring break !!!! This was our second time renting this home and we loved it!'

'Wonderful time staying in Conch Out. Clean, great view, love the spa under the house, enjoy sunrise on the back porch, king size bedrooms are great. Love walking to the Gulf Steam Cafe restaurant for sunset views of the Inlet. Most enjoyable time will be coming back soon to enjoy the sunrise and sunset in the Couch Out.'
