Atalaya Towers offers ocean front condominiums with an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool (pool is heated from mid-October to mid- April), and an indoor hot tub. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with private balcony. All units have a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, color TV, central air and wet bar. Atalaya Towers also features elevators and a lobby entrance with security lock. Drinks, snacks, ice, newspaper vending machines and wireless internet access in the lobby are additional complex amenities provided. Parking is limited to 2 spaces per unit - one on site and one in overflow parking across the street.
No pets allowed in any of the units or on the premises.
