From the North and I-95:

Exit I-95 at Dillon, SC and follow route 301 to Latta and then 501 South. Continue on 501 across the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge at Waccamaw Factory Shoppes (Fantasy Harbour). Proceed across bridge in right hand lane. Take the first exit on right to Highway 17 South Bypass. Continue approximately 10 miles and turn left at Garden City Connector. (Indigo Creek Golf course). At stoplight turn right onto Highway 17 Business. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue at the next stoplight(approximately ¼ mile). Continue approximately 1 mile and you will see Dunes Realty on your left.

From the South and I-95:

Take 26 East towards Charleston, SC. Then 526 East to Mount Pleasant. Continue and take exit to 17 North to Georgetown. Continue on 17 North through Georgetown, Pawleys Island and Murrels Inlet. Bear to the right at split and stay on 17 Business to Atlantic Avenue. Turn right. Continue approximately 1 mile and you will see Dunes Realty on your left.

From the West and I-26:

Exit I-26 at Exit 107B I-20 E to Florence and go north for about 0.4 miles. Continue on I-20 and go east for about 77 miles. Continue on I-20 Spur and go east for 2.1 miles. Turn left on US-76 and go east for 23 miles. Continue on SC-576 and go southeast for 3.1 miles. Continue on US-501-BR and go southeast for 0.9 miles. Continue on 501 across the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge at Waccamaw Factory Shoppes (Fantasy Harbour). Proceed across bridge in right hand lane. Take the first exit on right to Highway 17 South Bypass. Continue approximately 10 miles and turn left at Garden City Connector. (Indigo Creek Golf course). At stoplight turn right onto Highway 17 Business. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue at the next stoplight (approximately ¼ mile). Continue approximately 1 mile and you will see Dunes Realty on your left.

Alternate Route from Columbia, SC

Take US . 378 East for approximately 45 miles to Sumter, SC. Take US . 521 South through Greeleyville and Andrews to Georgetown, SC (approx. 80 miles). Make a left onto US . 17 North. Follow directions at traffic light and turn right continuing on US . 17 North through Georgetown, Pawleys Island and Litchfield. Bear to the right and get on US . 17 Business in Garden City. Make a right hand turn on Atlantic Avenue and stay straight over the marsh. Continue approximately 1 mile and you will see Dunes Realty on your left.

Alternate Route from I-95 North or South

Take Exit # 122 (Alcolu) in South Carolina. Exit onto State Highway 521 South. Stay on Highway 521 South for Approximately 65 miles until you reach Georgetown, SC. You will travel through Manning, Greeleyville and Andrews during this time. When in Georgetown make a left onto Highway 17 North. Almost immediately Highway 17 will bear to your right (across from Burger King). Follow 17 North through Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach. In Murrells Inlet, bear to your right again, when Highway 17 splits into By-pass 17 and Business 17. Make a right hand turn onto Atlantic Avenue and stay straight as you go over the marsh (approx. 1 mile). Dunes Realty will be on your left hand side.
