Duneside III offers oceanfront 1 bedroom units, each with fully equipped kitchens and a living room with a private balcony overlooking the oceanfront pool. In addition to the private bedroom, there is also a set of bunks built into the hallway for extra sleeping space. All units are furnished with dishwasher, color TV, and central air. Coin-operated laundry facilities are provided in this complex. Parking is limited to one car. No pets allowed in any of the units or on the premises.
