Each provides a fully equipped kitchen, living area and a private balcony and is furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, color TV, and central air. Single beds are built-in bunks. The added convenience of a ground floor elevator and coin-operated laundry enhances this complex. Parking is limited to one permit per unit. No trailer parking. No pets allowed in any of the units or on the premises.
